Speak Wisely Solutions LLC is seeking remote Customer Support Specialists to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point contact for our valued customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Requirements

  • Must live in the United States of America
  • Must have 2+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Must have 2+ years of Call Center experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to go above and beyond for customers
  • Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Passion for helping others
  • Able to take high call volumes

Equipment Requirements:

  • Must be able to provide Laptop or PC (Windows 10 or 11)
  • Must be able to provide high speed internet (Only hardwired, NO wifi, or anything wireless)
  • Must be able to provide hardwired USB headset (Noise cancellation)
