Duties and responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound & outbound communications from customers
  • Proactively liaising with operations to ensure orders running smoothly
  • Providing feedback to relevant departments and help improve our customer experience
  • Investigating and resolve customer complaints and queries
  • Responding to customer issues via email, chat and phone
