About the Role:
As a Customer Support Agent at Polycam, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our users, helping them resolve technical issues and maximize their experience with our 3D scanning and modeling tools. You’ll work closely with our product and quality assurance teams to provide valuable user feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide excellent customer support through Zendesk, addressing user inquiries about 3D scanning, editing, and export processes
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through best practices for achieving high-quality 3D scans
- Document and track customer issues, identifying patterns and suggesting improvements
- Contribute to our knowledge base by creating clear, user-friendly documentation
- Relay valuable user feedback and feature requests to the product team.
- Assist users with account management and subscription-related questions
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience providing customer support using Zendesk
- Proven experience working in a remote environment for 1+ years
- Proficiency with 3D tools and technologies, including 3D modeling software and editing tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you can explain complex concepts in a simple, approachable way
Bonus Points:
- Experience with photogrammetry or 3D scanning technologies
- Knowledge of mobile app troubleshooting
- Background in 3D graphics, design, or related technical field
- Experience with creating technical documentation or tutorials
Salary:
The salary range for this position is $70,000 – $80,000. We take into consideration an individual’s background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits and equity.
