We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist for the evening shift to provide empathetic, accurate, and timely support to customers across the United States. This remote role is crucial in delivering a positive customer experience that strengthens trust and loyalty.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, social media, and phone within established SLAs
  • Resolve issues related to orders, fundraising events, product information, and account management
  • Adapt communication style to match customer sentiment, showing empathy and professionalism
  • Troubleshoot order, account, and platform issues; escalate when necessary
  • Accurately document, categorize, and tag tickets in the support system
  • Follow policies, templates, and best practices in every interaction
  • Track recurring issues and escalate patterns to leadership for improvement
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching sessions
  • Contribute feedback to enhance knowledge base articles, macros, and processes
  • Support peak-season demand, including occasional overtime

  • 2+ years in remote customer support for eCommerce, SaaS, or retail
