Hiring Customer Service Specialist
Role function: Customer Service & Administration
Role type: Full time, permanent, under direct payroll of client
Location: Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities
- Sales Order Collection
- Inspection of incoming orders, letters of credit and contracts
- Sales order creation in ERP
- Information to production site
- Order Confirmation / Acknowledgement of receipt sending to customerCustomer invoicing/Issue of Credit and debit notes
- Input Freight Order in SAP / confirmation freightService in SAP / Freight invoice matching
- Freight Price Negotiation and communication to Sales Team
- Contact freight company to confirm Freight Orderbooking
- Freight Lead Time Definition / Lead Time Set Up in SAP and communicationSales Manager
- Mailing to customers
- Custom clearance docs
- Certificate of analysis generation and communication to customer
- Preparation of Long term supplier declarationCustomer creation in SAP
- Credit Management in Coordination with Finance Department
- Consignment stock handling
- Customer Claims management
- Logistic crises communication from and to customer
- Account reconciliation
- Full support for all monthly and annual financial tasks
- Education, background, level of experience
- Education: professional education as an industrial clerk in comparable company / role
- Experience: preferably 2 years in a similar position(customer service, inside sales)
- Technical skills: SAP, Google Office Suite, customs handling, transport (road and container)
- Personal skills:independent way of working, analytical skills, team-player,excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills,problem-solving, can work under pressure
- Language: English, (French and Arabic an added advantage but not compulsory)
