Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain good knowledge about company’s products, policies and processes to provide quick and quality support to customers.
- Manage and respond to all customer requests (Email & Phone)
- Responding to reviews left on social networks.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Maintains customer records by updating account information on the company’s CRM
- Acknowledging and promptly resolving customer complaints
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Excellent communication and Excel skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to calmly and quickly resolve queries and provide relevant information as and when requested by the client(s)
