Customer Service Representative (Remote)

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing friendly and professional assistance. Your role will involve scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and supporting the hearing care team in delivering outstanding patient experiences. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient office operations.
  • Answer questions about hearing services, hearing aids, and insurance coverage.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the system.
  • Assist with billing, insurance verification, and payment processing.
  • Educate patients on hearing aid care and basic troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with audiologists and hearing specialists to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, inventory management, and office organization.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical office setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling software).
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
