Position Summary:The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound communications, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless service experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude
