What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Engage with customers, documenting and providing advice on their needs while coordinating and dispatching work orders to stores
- Advise customers on services, parts, and maintenance packages that align with their preferences
- Address customer inquiries regarding service outcomes, offering detailed explanations and recommendations
- Educate customers on cost-saving opportunities, warranty protections, and maintenance plans to enhance vehicle performance
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service appointments using CRM software
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication skills to engage confidently with customers
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services, including familiarity with service packages and warranty programs
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience handling a high volume of calls daily
- Ability to meet or exceed the National Average typing speed of 40 words per minute or above
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
