Job Summary

We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support the early-stage startups participating in our 12-week incubation program. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for our cohort companies, providing top-tier customer support and helping them navigate their journey from concept to company.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, high-quality support to startup companies (minimum of 12 hours per cohort per company)
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve client issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience
• Educate and guide clients to prevent future problems
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Executive Chairman, Head of Design) to deliver outstanding service
• Assist with general administrative and support tasks as needed

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
• A creative, strategic thinker with a positive attitude
