We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the non-profit sector, located in Washington, District of Columbia. The workplace is a dynamic environment where you will be key in processing customer applications and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently handle email correspondence for customer inquiries
  • Accurately process customer paperwork as part of the role
  • Actively monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions
  • Conduct outreach via email for any clarifications or missing information
  • Utilize the rights management system for work processes
  • Manage data entry tasks with attention to detail
  • Provide call center customer service, handling both inbound and outbound calls

Requirements

  • Proven experience in answering inbound calls, efficiently addressing customer queries and concerns.
  • Prior experience in a call center customer service role, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a strong focus on achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in email correspondence, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
  • Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a high level of detail orientation at all times.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, using it effectively for data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, using it for drafting correspondence and creating reports.
  • Experience in order entry, ensuring all customer orders are accurately recorded and processed.
  • Ability to schedule appointments, managing multiple schedules and ensuring optimal time management.
