Job Overview
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will guide them through the tax filing process, address inquiries about our services, and offer general support. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver courteous and effective customer support via inbound calls during the bustling tax season.
- Address inquiries concerning tax filing, products, services, and account details.
- Aid customers in troubleshooting issues related to their tax filings or software applications.
- Document and monitor customer interactions and issues within our support system.
- Achieve performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response times, and first-call resolutions.
- Uphold a positive and professional demeanor, particularly during high-pressure periods.
Required Skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism when interacting with stressed customers.
- Self-sufficient and comfortable working in a remote setting.
