Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in facilitating daily communication with our customers, ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Review specifications and expedite quotation requests to ensure timely distribution.
- Utilize AutoQuotes alongside our Price Books to generate accurate quotations.
- Reconcile purchase orders, submitting them to the relevant manufacturers while maintaining internal records and updating our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Communicate promptly with customers regarding any orders on price hold, collaborating with sales personnel to swiftly resolve pricing discrepancies.
- Manage and track jobs and quotations through OneDrive and CRM tools.
- Coordinate service issue resolutions in partnership with authorized service agencies.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned dealers, responding to phone calls and emails to provide excellent support.
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets with updated pricing and product information for sales team reference.
- Generate reports via factory sales portals to furnish essential customer data and project histories.
- Organize individual and shared company files systematically and undertake additional duties as required.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in industry-specific software (AutoQuotes)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- A customer-centric and positive attitude
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with AutoQuotes and CRM systems is a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred
