What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as the first line of contact for new customers, providing support and assistance
- Conduct insurance verification and eligibility checks for services/products
- Manage all aspects of initial intake, including data entry and processing paperwork
- Provide education to patients and referral sources regarding service qualifications and billing
- Maintain accuracy and quality control throughout patient contact and data input
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Background investigation and drug screen may be required
- Valid driver’s license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable)
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations accurately
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

- Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
- Knowledge of insurance policies and requirements
- Familiarity with medical billing practices and reimbursement
- One year of related work experience
