Customer Service Representative – Facilities Management
Languages: Bilingual – Arabic and English (Both languages are mandatory)
CSR- Facilities Management Job Description:
- Reporting to the customer service manager
- Taking calls and complaints from customers
- Scheduling callouts to customers
- Communicating with the facilities management team
- Updating the facilities management system
- Following up with customers to resolve queries.
- Effectively understand the client’s requirements.
- Keeping track of all to-close queries, both successful and unsuccessful.
- Handling grievances in a manner that preserves the company’s reputation.
- Improve the quality of customer service for existing & prospective customers.
Basic requirements for the roles:
- Facilities management experience is MANDATORY
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates will have at least 1.5 years of call center experience in the facilities management arena
