What you’ll Be Doing:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and promptly
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
• Manage returns, exchanges, and customer feedback effectively
• Support operations tasks including inventory checks, order tracking, and reporting
• Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative duties
