We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional, fluent in English, to manage our online grocery orders and provide top-notch customer service.
Position:
Customer Service cum Online Order Managing Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage online orders through platforms like Instashop, Talabat, etc.
- Coordinate with the picking and delivery team to ensure timely order dispatch
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and updates via WhatsApp, app chat, or phone
- Track and update order status in the system
- Maintain a smooth and professional customer experience
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Experience in supermarkets or online delivery is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
