We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional, fluent in English, to manage our online grocery orders and provide top-notch customer service.

Position:

Customer Service cum Online Order Managing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage online orders through platforms like Instashop, Talabat, etc.
  • Coordinate with the picking and delivery team to ensure timely order dispatch
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and updates via WhatsApp, app chat, or phone
  • Track and update order status in the system
  • Maintain a smooth and professional customer experience

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in supermarkets or online delivery is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
