Job responsibilities:

• The Primary role of this position is to provide excellent customer services to our valued customer through efficient handling of their transaction in accordance with AML policies and procedures

Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Processing of standard typing skill is must
• Demonstrated strong customer service organization
• Must be proficient in using MS Office application, and can work under pressure and in fast paced environment
• Strong ethics and high level of personal and professional integrity
• Candidate with 1 to 2 years of experience or knowledge on remittance business will be preferred
