Job Summary:
The Customer Service and Collection Officer is responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving disputes and ensuring timely fee collection, vital for maintaining financial health and positive community relations under Law No. 6, 2019. Key responsibilities are:
Ensure up-to-date in the collection of the Service Charges.
Perform a variety of technical, administrative and analytical work and interacts with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
Provide reports as per the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Collection & CS to the Association Manager(s) for the status of the collection of the service charges including, but not limited to instituting legal action to defaulters, Collection of Service Charges and Usage Charges.)
Summary: Experience & Qualifications:
- General education degree or equivalent
- Proven customer support experience, collections or experience as a Client Service Representative in a real estate property industry.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Familiar with Law No. 6, 2019 is an added factor.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in relevant area preferably in a medium to large organization.
