Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our client’s team. This role involves close coordination with customers, overseas partners/agents, and local vendors to ensure smooth shipment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers, overseas partners/agents, and local vendors once shipments are confirmed.
- Regularly follow up with agents to get timely updates on shipments.
- Send proper and timely updates to customers regarding their shipments via email.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and KPIs for efficient job closures.
- Assist the pricing team with requests and adjustments.
- Close files immediately after shipment delivery to maintain smooth workflow.
