We are Hiring Customer Service Executive NVOCC

• Graduate or Post Graduate
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience

Requirements:

• Experience in managing multiple principle owned containers
• Coordinating with VOA for Slot availability, hazardous cargo, Approvals, and space allocation for export bookings
• Handling a high volume of inboud and outbound calls, resolving customer complaint and providing appropriate solution
• Managing quoting, vessel scheduling and addressing destination related issues
