Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced customer service executive who is fluent in Arabic and has at least 1-3 years of experience in the UAE. The candidate should be able to handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and social media. They should also be able to provide accurate information about products and services to customers. The candidate should have excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
