Description:
Following up on shipments & updating the customers accordingly. Build relationships with existing customers for new businesses (deep selling). Processing of inquiries and preparing quotations in coordination with pricing team. Liaising with operation team and overseas offices for shipment updates. Maintaining internal records (documentation, invoices, POD, etc.). Should have good written and spoken command in English. Knowledge of Arabic and Hindi would be an added advantage
