Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Executive Employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner.
- Employee has to do the reception duty as well insurance desk
- Patients registration and billing
- Insurance billing
- Review of claims in HMS and EMR
- Update and maintain claims and document lists
- Report missing or incomplete documentation
- Flexible in duty time in case of staff shortage
- Work as a team sprit
- Willing to work in split duty.
- Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
