Looking for a Customer Service Executive Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Details:

  • Create relationships with customers throughout the customer life cycle.
  • Develop sales strategies for the company’s management based on its strong existing networks.
  • Create new accounts by identifying potential customers.
  • Advice clients on technical queries.
  • Meet or exceed set monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Offer pre-sales technical assistance and after-sales support services to the customer.

Job Qualifications and Experience:

  • UAE Driving license
  • Construction work background – Preferred
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in sales work.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • PC proficiency (Excel – Word).
