Looking for Customer Service Executive to work in the Complaints and Feedback department for a leading Real Estate Developer in Dubai. 

One would manage queries and complaints in an efficient and professional timely manner.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Should have a- positive attitude- & should be Goal oriented, follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Should have experience in customer services within Real Estate industry in UAE of 3-5 years, to be able to work under pressure.

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customer’s related issues, with excellent knowledge in Microsoft office

Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

To be already based in the UAE
