We are currently hiring a Customer Service Executive for one of our clients, an American multinational management consulting Services Company based in Dubai.
Duration: 6 months contract.
Location: Dubai
Working shifts: 9 hours
Working Days: 5
Languages: English & Tagalog
Position Overview:
We are seeking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Customer Support Executive. We have two vacancies in Dubai, a customer service executive. The contract is temporary for 6 months.
If the candidate is excellent, it will be converted to a permanent contract.
Responsibilities
- Process 80-100 customer orders daily and deliver within 30 minutes.
- Ensure 100% data entry accuracy & delivery of correct reports by following customer service SOPs.
- Respond to customer queries promptly.
- Perform 80% non-voice and 20% voice customer servicing.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations with appropriate resolutions in a professional manner.
- Engage in work-related correspondence with other company offices.
- Follow up with customers on relevant and related to report deliveries, and all sorts of clarifications.
- Perform QC task daily.
- Attend relevant trainings as per advice.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and protect the company brand at all times.
Required Skills & Personal Attributes:
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Education and Experience
- At least a graduate, preferably Commerce, Business Administration/Management Graduate (a must)
- 1-2+ years of experience in client servicing/customer services
