We’re Hiring Remote Customer Service Agent

We are looking for a proactive and friendly Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries and provide solutions efficiently. As a remote team member, you’ll need excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high service standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information about our services, processes, and policies.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve service quality and address recurring issues.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to offer accurate support.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Work remotely
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Own Laptop or PC
  • Working hours 18:00pm – 23:00pm morning 07:00am – 09:00am
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Experience in international campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
