We’re Hiring Remote Customer Service Agent
We are looking for a proactive and friendly Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries and provide solutions efficiently. As a remote team member, you’ll need excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high service standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information about our services, processes, and policies.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve service quality and address recurring issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to offer accurate support.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Work remotely
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Own Laptop or PC
- Working hours 18:00pm – 23:00pm morning 07:00am – 09:00am
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Experience in international campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
