Description:

Hiring Customer Service Agent (telesales experience is a plus)

Languages: Arabic and English (fluency in both languages is a must)

Job Description:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls and responding to customer’s emails
  • Management and resolve customer complaints/queries
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • Provide service information to customers
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Complete call logs and reports
  • Prospecting and qualifying leads from cold calls.
  • Reaching out to potential clients through calls.
  • Effectively understand the client’s requirements.
  • Keeping track of all attempts to close leads, both successful and unsuccessful.
  • Handling grievances in a manner that preserves the company’s reputation.
  • Improve the quality of customer service for existing & prospective customers.

Basic requirements for both roles:

  • Prior experience working as a Contact Center agent /Telesales Executive
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
