Hiring Customer Service Agent (telesales experience is a plus)
Languages: Arabic and English (fluency in both languages is a must)
Job Description:
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls and responding to customer’s emails
- Management and resolve customer complaints/queries
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Provide service information to customers
- Research required information using available resources
- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Complete call logs and reports
- Prospecting and qualifying leads from cold calls.
- Reaching out to potential clients through calls.
- Effectively understand the client’s requirements.
- Keeping track of all attempts to close leads, both successful and unsuccessful.
- Handling grievances in a manner that preserves the company’s reputation.
- Improve the quality of customer service for existing & prospective customers.
Basic requirements for both roles:
- Prior experience working as a Contact Center agent /Telesales Executive
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
