Hiring for a leading Developer that is searching for a Customer Relations Manager that will be responsible for Business Development Planning, Client Relations and the Commercial aspects of the clients Residential, Retail and Commercial Assets.
Previous experience in the Dubai Real Estate Market
3 years’ experience in managerial position
Experience in Leasing & Build to suit residential, retail and commercial assets.
Experience managing leasing functions to maximize revenue.
Experience setting leasing targets and effectively managing and motivating CRM team to deliver.
Strong Business Development skills & existing network.
