OnTrac is hiring part-time Customer Care Associates!

 Start Date: October 2 nd Orientation, Training starts October 7 th

 Location: Remote

  • What our Customer Care Associates do daily:
  • Talk with customers about the delivery of their packages, handling phone calls, researching and problem solving to ensure smooth package delivery.
  • Document the delivery flow of a package into our tracking system.
  • Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery.
  • Partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience.
  • Troubleshoot, research, resolve or escalate issues as necessary.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business.

 What you’ll need to be a successful Customer Care Associate:

  • The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple computer applications while on a phone call.
  • Availability to work a variety of work shifts
  • The ability to talk with customers, listen attentively to concerns, express empathy and research problems for resolution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to details and data entry/typing 30 wpm (including 10 key)
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Reliable Windows PC – must have 8GB RAM
