We are looking for –
Curriculum Support Specialist-
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Initiate and maintain effective communication with prospective clients to understand their curriculum goals, challenges, and requirements.
- Conduct needs assessments and gather relevant information to customize curriculum solutions based on client needs.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our curriculum products and services, including digital resources, textbooks, and instructional materials.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in curriculum design, educational standards, and pedagogical approaches.
Proposal Development:
- Collaborate with the sales team to create comprehensive and customized proposals that address client needs and objectives.
- Prepare persuasive presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our curriculum offerings and differentiate them from competitors.
Curriculum Customization:
- Work closely with curriculum developers and subject matter experts to tailor curriculum solutions to meet specific client requirements.
- Provide guidance on curriculum alignment with educational standards, assessment strategies, and instructional best practices.
- Market Research.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions, including administrators, curriculum coordinators, and instructional leaders.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and support to clients throughout the pre-sales process.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to coordinate efforts and ensure a unified approach to pre-sales activities.
- Provide feedback from client interactions to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and communications using CRM tools or other systems.
- Prepare reports and analyses on pre-sales activities, client feedback, and market trends for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in curriculum development, educational sales, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum design principles, educational standards, and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and articulate solutions effectively.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and develop competitive strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
