We are looking for a full-time on-site Creative Producer role in Dubai, UAE. The Creative Producer will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple events, musical and theatrical projects, from conceptualization to execution. They will liaise with artists, creative teams and musicians. The Creative Producer will ensure that all projects deliver high-quality immersive and engaging experiences, on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Communication and Project Management skills.
- 3+ years experience in Dubai, belonging to the musical communities in UAE.
- Experience in Managing Musical Performances and scheduling promo shoots.
- Marketing skills, including creating and implementing marketing campaigns.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Music, Art, Theatre, Film, Media, or related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience in art and technology is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Bringing new events and programs to ToDA.
- Budgeting events.
- Ensuring events are coordinated in timely manner.
- Managing all aspects of ToDA performances and/or other activities from attracting scheduling and hiring and negotiating contracts with talented artists.
- Communicating effectively with the project team, technical team and other team members to ensure that the project is completed in timely manner.
- Coordinating with other departments such as marketing and public relations to ensure that projects meet strategic goals of ToDA.
- Acquiring and managing sponsorship events.
