Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of designers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality visuals and experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate creative solutions into overall project strategies.
• Spearhead the development and execution of creative concepts aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations.
• Integrate new and innovative ideas into our creative processes to maintain a competitive edge.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and goals, translating them into creative strategies and executions.
• Present and articulate creative concepts effectively to clients, addressing feedback and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Other Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Creative Manager or in a similar creative leadership role within the Exhibition & event technology or related industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects, demonstrating innovation and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and content optimization strategies.
