Join Our Team as a Crane Sales Engineer

Job Description:

• Represent Smart Cranes and sell overhead cranes.
• Identify strong prospects using initiative and creativity to generate new business.
• Generate, nurture, and convert leads into sales.
• Assess and analyze a prospect’s current process and requirements.
• Develop a strong knowledge of products to facilitate the sales process.
• Articulate and provide engaging information about the products to potential customers.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the industry and our solutions.
• Maintain well-organized, up-to-date, and accurate sales information and activity reports in CRM.

Experience:

• 3-5 Years of Sales Experience in Capital Goods Industry / Heavy Manufacturing Industry

Required Skills:

• Highly developed all-around interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English language skills (minimum level: good).
• Excellent Arabic communication skills.
• Excellent presentation, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Customer service-oriented with a positive, well-motivated attitude.
• Conscientious, hard-working, and driven to improve sales.
• Based in UAE-Sharjah
• Willing to travel 90% of the time domestically within the UAE and to GCC and MENA countries.
