Cost Controller / Assistant Cost Controller

Responsibilities:

  • Join our team as a pivotal Cost Controller/Assistant Cost Controller, influencing and optimizing costs in our vibrant multi-chain restaurant environments. Your key responsibilities encompass:
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct regular cost analyses to pinpoint areas for improvement and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Central Kitchen Oversight: Manage cost controls in central kitchens and production environments, ensuring efficiency and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Inventory Management: Implement robust inventory management systems, ensuring precise tracking, minimizing waste, and optimizing stock levels.
  • Procurement Excellence: Lead the purchase and procurement process, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring cost-effective sourcing of quality products.
  • Budget Management: Collaborate with the finance team to develop and oversee budgets for multiple restaurants.
  • Reporting: Generate timely and accurate financial reports, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Possess 5-6 years of experience in cost control within the F&B industry, with exposure to multi-chain restaurant environments.

  • Driving License: A Valid driving license is mandatory for overseeing multiple restaurant locations.
  • Purchase and Procurement: Demonstrate proven experience in purchase and procurement processes.
