Cost Controller / Assistant Cost Controller
Responsibilities:
- As a Cost Controller/Assistant Cost Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing costs across our multi-chain restaurant environments. Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular cost analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Overseeing cost controls in central kitchen and production environments, ensuring efficiency and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Implementing robust inventory management systems, ensuring accurate tracking, minimizing waste, and optimizing stock levels.
- Managing the purchase and procurement process, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring cost-effective sourcing of quality products.
- Collaborating with the finance team to develop and manage budgets for multiple restaurants.
- Generating timely and accurate financial reports, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling pressure situations, and meeting tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- 5-6 years in cost control within the F&B industry, with exposure to multi-chain restaurant environments.
- Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- A Valid driving license is required for overseeing multiple restaurant locations.
- Proven experience in purchase and procurement processes.
- Solid understanding and experience in implementing effective inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely delivery of tasks and projects.
