We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cost Controller/Assistant Cost Controller with a solid background in the Food and Beverage industry, specifically within restaurant chains or multi-restaurant environments. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, showcasing proficiency in cost control, production, central purchase, and central kitchen operations.
Responsibilities:
- Cost Control Management: Oversee and manage the cost control functions for our F&B operations, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness in all aspects.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate budgeting and forecasting models to optimize financial performance.
- Inventory Management: Implement robust inventory control measures, including regular audits and analysis, to minimize wastage and enhance operational efficiency.
- Vendor Negotiation: Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, ensuring cost savings without compromising on quality.
- Production Oversight: Work closely with the production team to streamline processes, control costs, and enhance overall productivity.
- Central Purchase Coordination: Manage central purchasing activities, optimizing procurement processes to achieve cost efficiencies across the organization.
