Description:

Hiring Cost Control Engineer (2-4 Years of UAE Experience)

• Project budget preparation in accordance with project estimate.
• Analyzing cost of project’s scope of work.
• Monthly cost report preparation.
• Checking and evaluation of monthly client payment.
• Interact with engineering, procurement and Technical Departments, and others as required, to maintain awareness of project activities and their impact on the project budget, schedule and cost forecast.
• Quantity surveying & estimation experience.
• Material take off experience.
• Monitoring and tracking knowledge.
• Monitor and control cost commitments and expenditures through all phases of project lifecycle.
• Monitor cost impact of achievement/non-achievement of major project milestones.
• Planning and scheduling of works as per requirement.

Qualifications:

• Experience of working with multi-national and multi-cultural project teams.
• Engineering Degree / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 – 4 years UAE experience on High rise building projects.
