Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• 10 years of total work experience with specific focus on Contracting Industry – Water industry – Potable and Sewer.
• UAE Driver’s license

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and analysis cost for portfolio of projects
• Preparing a report and presenting data to key stakeholders. – Developing and amending budgets.
• Developing financial reporting procedures and systems.
• Collaborating with Project Managers to create effective budgets investigating unprofitable variances and losses.
• Developing project cost control system
• Communicating with Project Manager/QS and Planners
