A long-established UAE law firm, is wishing to recruit a Corporate Senior Associate with expertise in IPO and public company work. This is an exciting new role to support the team’s market-leading platform.

Must have the following qualifications:

• Around 7-10 years PQE
• Top-tier international law firm training and background
• Preferably US, UK or AU qualified.
• Strong academic background
• Adept in IPO and public company work
• Must be based in the UAE
