Position Overview:

The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving B2B sales, fostering relationships with corporate clients, and achieving sales targets. This role demands a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the travel industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop strategic sales plans. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development within the travel sector and be eager to contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive B2B sales and achieve targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their travel needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the client base.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and sales pitches to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence and build professional relationships.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the Managing Director.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing from Indian Institutes of Management (IIM).
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development within the travel industry.
  • Strong understanding of the travel and tourism sector, including current market trends and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel locally and overseas as required.
