Job Description:
We seek a dynamic and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the car rental or automotive industry, and will be responsible for driving corporate sales growth, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of Najd Rent-A-Car.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets and expand our client base.
- Identify, approach, and secure new corporate clients while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to corporate clients, showcasing our services and value propositions.
- Lead negotiations with corporate clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions that align with company goals.
- Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote Najd Rent A Car and generate leads.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in corporate sales, preferably within the car rental or automotive industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be based in Dubai, UAE.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
