Hiring Corporate Excellence Specialist

Job Description:

Preparing and providing the requirements of the External Excellence Award for the Dubai Government Excellence Program, preparing and reviewing the submission documents for the award and submitting the necessary reports

Planning and implementing self-assessment programs at the department level and submitting the necessary periodic reports

Organizing the process of participation in the internal excellence awards, preparing forms and files for participation, and periodic follow-up in coordination with the concerned organizational units, and providing the necessary support to fulfill all requirements in this regard.

Spreading a culture of Corporate Excellence for all job levels by various available means of Communication

Preparing policies, methodologies and work guides that support excellence and constantly educating employees about them using the various available means of Communication

Implementation of quality systems and requirements for developing Corporate Excellence System

Preparing the necessary reports related to the development of mechanisms for excellence in government work

Preparing and implementing studies to measure the satisfaction of the concerned groups, submitting the results to those concerned, and directing the concerned departments to take the necessary action in this regard

Preparing benchmarking studies with distinguished government entities in the field of Corporate Excellence and identifying weaknesses, strengths and areas for improvement

Follow up on building and developing a service management system in the department based on identifying and categorizing services and ensuring the identification of mechanisms for measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of services and calculating their costs

Develop a draft annual plan to develop services and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smart transformation and develop relevant measurement indicators in cooperation with various stakeholders Confidential Document

Preparing a draft framework for the innovation management system in the department, and relevant guidelines that encourage and motivate all stakeholders to innovate

Identifying global competitiveness indicators related to innovation and providing support to organizational units in developing innovative initiatives and projects

Planning, preparing and developing initiatives, programs and activities that consolidate innovation and leadership in the institutional work environment
