Job Location: Business Bay, Dubai
About the role:
We are looking for a Content Creator who can create contents and have experience in Content Research, Content Pitching, Develop Content Scheduling, Copy Writing, Blog Writing and Content Posting. You will be responsible for developing, curating, and managing engaging content across various social media platforms and you will work closely with the marketing team to create content that aligns with our brand voice, drives engagement, and supports our marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy Development: Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with organizational objectives, target audience preferences, and SEO best practices.
- Content Creation, Uploads and Copy Writing
- Content Calendar Management: Plan, organize, and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure a consistent publishing schedule across all channels.
- Content Quality Control: Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, editorial standards, and legal requirements. Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and coherence.
- Revenue Orientation: Align content strategy to drive revenue growth by managing promotional content, and landing pages. Use data insights to increase conversions and sales, and work with sales and marketing teams to align content with revenue goals.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, content marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve content strategies and tactics
Skill set required:
- Content Strategy Development: Proficiency in developing and executing content strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs.
- SEO Knowledge: Understanding of search engine optimization principles and techniques to optimize content for visibility and organic traffic.
- Proficiency in social media management tools .
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably Journalism / Marketing/ Communications/ English/ Digital Media or any related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
