Description:

We are looking for a Content Producer (Photographer and Videographer)

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a videographer and photographer for conceptualizing, shooting, producing and editing high-quality, on-trend and impactful content that promotes Rixos Hotels in the UAE.
• Own the entire creative process from brief and operational organisation to setup and final shoot, including project conception and high-quality production of images and films.
• Be present to capture events and activations at the hotels as required.
• Proactively organise video and photoshoots with different departments within all the UAE hotels for social media content, brand and campaign collaterals.
• Manage and oversee all technical aspects of photography and videography, including editing and post-production using the latest software for the finest result for printing, web and other channels.
• Visualise production scripts and briefs and understand company requirements to produce excellent and on-brand results.
• Ensure your knowledge and skills are constantly up to date and abreast of hospitality industry trends for editing programs.
• Organize and manage the asset library for all UAE Rixos Hotels.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 1-2 years’ experience in photography and videography.
• Background in Film Studies, Mass Communication, Photography or related fields will be preferred.
• Experience in camera operation, DSLR & digital video cameras, sound equipment and the overall production process is essential.
• Tech-savvy, with considerable knowledge of audio/visual equipment, hardware, software, troubleshooting and techniques used in video production & editing.
• Highly proficient in editing with Adobe Suite, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Knowledge in sound mixing and grading.
• Experience in managing social media platforms.
• Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines, including working out of office hours and occasionally on weekends.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously without compromising quality or focus.
• Highly Creative, Multi-talented, and knows about storytelling.
• Creative with an extraordinary eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Flexible with good initiative, able to deal with ambiguity (asking the right questions, anticipating needs, being resourceful and preparing for several outcomes).
