We are GCH hiring for Contact Center Executive for one of our client who are into premium real estate developer based in Dubai.

We are looking for an enthusiastic contact center executive who can handle inbound calls and can handle premium customers in a very well versed manner.

Responsibilities:

• handle inbound calls
• respond to customer queries
• provide 100 % customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of contact center experience
• Real Estate, Banking or related background
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Arabic/Arabic-French speakers preferred
