Job Description:
- Outbound calling
- Provide service information to customers
- Research required information using available resources
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Complete call logs and reports
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Prior experience working as a Contact Center Executive.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Contact Center experience will be a plus (1-2 years)
- Own visa/dependent visa is preferred (short term project, extendable)
