Al Basti and Mukhta LLC a large well reputed contruction company in Dubai, requires following personnel immediately for their ongoing project
1). Assistant project Manager
Graduate in Civil Engineering with 10 to 15 year of work experience out of which 3 to 5 year are in similar position manage idependently the entire technical and construction aspect of the fast track, high rise residential / commercial tower and 5 star hotel project of USD 100 million or from the commencement to completion
2). Construction Managaer
Graduate in Civil engineerwith 12 to 15 year of experience including 4 to 5 year in the gulf in executing fast track high rise building and hotel project from commencement to completion must be able to independently control a large tem of technical staff and workforce and responsible for safety, wulity and productivity
3). Senior QA QC Engineer
Graduate in civil Engneering with 8 to 10 years of experience in high rise building construction workshould be familiar with ISO standards and specification, preferably as an internal auditor should have 5 year of gulf experience in a reputed construction company as a QA QC manager
4). Senior Technical Engineer
BE Civil with 10 to 15 year as a technical head and 5 to 7 year experience as a coordinator, experience in coordination of all civil works, should be able to coordinate with architectural structure and MEP drawings, coordinate with consultant to obtain approval on any deviation in the drawing , efficiently implement consultant requirement along with the execution team, assist the project manager in the civil work to plan in order to meet deadlines, review the design modification during the construction stage and assist the project manager to review cost and time impact ensure document control and engineering schedule are implemented effectively on the site
5). MEP coordinator (building service)
BE degree in Mechanical / Electrical Building with 10 to 12 year of experience including 7 years in the gulf in coordinating plumbing / electrical/HVAC/ of services of a multi storey building, hotel and and commercial complexes of DHs 200 million or above
