Job Description / Role:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee high-rise construction projects in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate all aspects of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the construction team, including subcontractors, to achieve project objectives.
• Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Monitor performance to ensure adherence to timelines and financial targets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements. Ensure a safe working environment.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact construction progress. Implement effective solutions.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting milestones, challenges, and recommended actions.
• Ensure highest quality standards are maintained. Conduct inspections to verify compliance with design and specifications.
• Manage relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager in high-rise construction projects, preferably in the UAE or similar international locations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating and guiding a diverse workforce.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials, emphasizing high-quality project delivery.
• Excellent project management skills, including scheduling and budgeting.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices in Dubai.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, adept at building positive stakeholder relationships.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional certifications in project management are advantageous.
• Salary: AED 20,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances
